Honey

Huckleberry Hives' keeps beehives in Perth East near the Ellice Swamp. All honey products are raw, unfiltered and small batch, carefully collected from the beehives to leave them lots of their own honey for the cold Canadian winter. 

Currently there is freshly harvested raw honey as well as creamed honey available, and I am preparing small batches of the following, which will be available ASAP:

Turkey Tail Mushroom Honey

5 Mushroom Honey

Matcha Creamed Honey

Cocoa Creamed Honey

Cacao Creamed Honey

Blackberry (& Lemon?) Creamed Honey

Sea Buckthorn Creamed Honey

Chamomile & Hops Infused Creamed Honey (this batch will take 3 months to infuse after I harvest fresh hops in the upcoming week)

I am also stocking some of Nith Valley Apiaries' creamed honey products, which I helped develop back when I worked for my brother there. In addition, I am stocking Nith Valley Apiaries' Bee Pollen honey which is made with local Ellice Swamp pollen.
