Collection: Honey

Huckleberry Hives' keeps beehives in Perth East near the Ellice Swamp. All honey products are raw, unfiltered and small batch, carefully collected from the beehives to leave them lots of their own honey for the cold Canadian winter. 

Currently there is freshly harvested raw honey as well as creamed honey and some unique small batch flavoured creamed honeys available, and I am preparing small batches of the following, which will be available ASAP after bottling next week:

I am also stocking some of Nith Valley Apiaries' creamed honey products, which I helped develop back when I worked for my brother there, at the beginning of my beekeeping career!
