Honey

Huckleberry Hives currently operates most hives in Perth East, near the Ellice Swamp. All honey products are raw, unfiltered and small batch, carefully collected from the beehives to leave them lots of their own honey for the cold Canadian winter. 

Currently the 2021 Crop is on SALE and you'll see three varietals collected in 2022: Wildflower, Summer Blossom, and Basswood, each with their own distinct flavour profiles outlined in their product descriptions.
