This year our Chester blackberry bushes produced more berries than we could use, so I dried and froze some to use in a unique small batch of blackberry creamed honey that has so many berries packed into it, it is more like a jam! This honey batch also has a small amount of lemon in it, although I find I taste the berries rather than lemon. Use this as you would a jam, drizzle it over ice cream sundaes or add it to smoothies for good health.
