Aronia berries offer up a plethora of health benefits including fiber, vitamin C, and powerful antioxidants, so it’s a lovely healthy option when blended into raw creamed honey! Fresh raw Aronia berries are quite tannic and have a mouth-drying effect, but that didn't transfer to the creamed honey and it has a very jammy, delicious flavour.
I like to use this in place of jam or add as my sweetener in smoothies.

The taste is pleasant and mild, not overpoweringly fungal. Thank you to the Turkey Tails for fruiting abundantly, and to the bees for their honey. And thank you to the humans who gathered these two foods and married them together.
