Flavoured & Infused Honeys

Huckleberry Hives' keeps beehives in Perth East near the Ellice Swamp. All honey products are raw, unfiltered and small batch, carefully collected from the beehives to leave them lots of their own honey for the cold Canadian winter.  Each unique flavoured or infused honey is created with care and intention, for the healthful qualities of the added ingredients & the delicious flavours that can be produced by adding new things to honey!  Batches vary in size and may not be repeated as I choose what to make based on seasonal local harvests and what piques my interest the most!

I am also occasionally stocking a small selection of Nith Valley Apiaries' flavoured creamed honey products, which I helped develop back when I worked for my brother there, at the beginning of my beekeeping career.
