Chamomile & Hops Infused Honey

Harvested from beside the Ellice Swamp and infused with home grown hops and chamomile and then strained and creamed, this honey is ideal for use as a natural sleep and relaxation aid. You will notice this honey has floral chamomile notes and tangy/bitter hints of hops. 

• Hops (Humulus lupulus) has been used for hundreds of years as an herbal medicine to treat sleep problems as well as anxiety, irritability, excitability, and restlessness.
• Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) aids in calming the mind as well as easing sore muscles and joints, menstrual cramps and backaches, and indigestion.
