Bright, tangy and energizing, I made this mini batch of Sea Buckthorn honey by blending raw creamed honey with juiced sea buckthorn berries from our own bushes and powdered sea buckthorn from Organic Matters. It is ideal for drizzling over your morning granola, adding to smoothies or by the spoonful when you need a boost!
