Matcha is well known in it’s powdered form, and I have carefully blended my raw honey with matcha at a 1 gram matcha to 1 tablespoon honey ratio. Made with lattes and host or housewarming gifts in mind, this honey offers a unique experience of both honey and matcha green tea. I use a little spoonful of it (or my cacao honey) as a quick little boost after a long workday when I arrive home and need to do house chores or prepare dinner.
Note that this honey product contains caffeine and is not suitable for young children or folks who are caffeine sensitive. The caffeine content per serving (1 tablespoon) is approximately 34 milligrams. Typically, a serving of matcha is 2 grams per 100mL water. Please adjust your use of this product according to personal preference.
