Bees and Comb Hexagon Pillar
- 2.3" x 5"
- approximate burn time 70 hours
The intricate hive patterns on this pillar always remind me of the wonders of the hives where the candle began; a flake of wax secreted by a worker bee, shaped by tiny bee mouths and feet into comb, placed over a full cell of honey, and then extracted from cappings wax during honey harvest. The sweet smell of that honey lingers in the wax, making one dream of summer honey in the dead of winter.
