Summer Blossom Honey

Harvested mid-season from my Ellice Swamp beeyard, this honey has a lighter colour and more floral notes than the earlier harvest of Wildflower honey. Summer blossom honey comes from hayfields, clovers, sunflowers and many other mid-summer blooms in local gardens and farmers fields.
