Basswood Honey

Freshly harvested from my beeyard at Featherlane Farm near Gadshill, ON, this honey is floral with a distinctive waxy flavour note from the basswood trees that the bees visited.  Some folks may also notice buttery or metallic notes, depending on their palate.
