500g Creamy Orchard Honey

This wildflower honey originates from our hives at the Silver Creek Nursery orchard in Wellesley, Ontario. Due to harvest being at the end of the season, the floral sources of this honey are not strictly fruit trees and the dandelions that blanket the orchard in spring, but also the cover crop and natural vegetation blooming all summer long.

• This honey has already naturally crystallized - with a fine grain, it's almost like creamed honey!
